Yoga 

 

The word yoga means ‘union’ in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India, where yoga originated.  Today we think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.

Iyengar Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.

Our yoga sessions can help you to achieve confidence and well-being.  No special experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome.

Monday – 18.00 - 19.30 Improvers, those with Yoga experience

                 19:30 - 21:00 Introductory Improvers

Tuesday – 10:00 – 11:30 Intermediate

                  19.00 - 20.30 Experienced Introductory

Thursday - 18.00 - 19.30 Beginners

Cost per session: £8.00 per person per class
